2. Program Description

SuperCala LLC ("SuperCala") sends SMS messages to users who have opted in, including:

  • New customer-lead alerts — notifications when a new customer inquiry is available for your business
  • Account & service notifications — important updates about your SuperCala account and services
  • Service status updates — status updates related to requests you've made
  • Feedback requests — occasional surveys about your experience

3. Opt-In Method

You opt in to the SuperCala SMS program through our online consent form at supercala.ai/sms-consent. On that form you enter your name and mobile phone number and check an unchecked consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages from SuperCala LLC at the number provided. The form displays the program name, message types, message frequency (up to 10 messages per month), "Message and data rates may apply," and STOP/HELP instructions, with links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Consent is express, opt-in only, and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from SuperCala at that number.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. SuperCala does not charge for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

6. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile information (including phone numbers and opt-in data) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS messages described in this program. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from SuperCala or our business clients.
