2. Program Description

SuperCala LLC ("SuperCala") and its business clients use SMS messaging to send you:

  • Appointment reminders — upcoming appointment notifications
  • Booking confirmations — confirmation of newly scheduled appointments
  • Follow-up messages — post-appointment follow-ups and rescheduling links
  • Promotional messages — special offers, updates, and announcements from the business you contacted (with your consent)

3. Opt-In Methods

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SuperCala through the following methods:

Voice Call Opt-In

When you call a business that uses SuperCala's AI receptionist, the receptionist will confirm your phone number and request your consent to send text messages. For example: "I have your number as (555) 123-4567 — can I send you a text confirmation for your appointment?" Your verbal affirmative response ("yes," "sure," "that's fine," etc.) constitutes your opt-in consent.

Web Chat Opt-In

When you interact with a business through SuperCala's web chat widget, you may provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages. By entering your phone number and confirming you'd like to receive text updates, you opt in to our SMS program.

By opting in through any of the above methods, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded SMS messages at that number from SuperCala and the business you contacted.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message volume depends on appointment activity and the business's communication preferences.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. SuperCala does not charge for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

6. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile information (including phone numbers and opt-in data) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS messages described in this program. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from SuperCala or our business clients.
